The Alex Unbreakable iron person is an exciting event to support the Surf Lifesaving community in Queensland. Its main purpose is to provide a race for athletes who have been impacted with the cancellation of major Australian and State Championships during COVID-19 as well as the cancellation of the iconic Coolangatta Gold which many athletes have been training for.

The event will encompass Ski, Board, Swim and Run legs with Open competitors competing over a 16km course with younger age groups competing over an 8km course.
