- Min of 15 years of age on the date of assessment
- Blue card for 18+
- Strong Board, Swim and Rescue Skills
- 400m pool swim in under 9 mins

SRC Course Prereqs
-Min of 13 years of age
-200m pool swim in under 5

Training Program
Induction: Wednesday 21/7 6pm – 8.30pm
Mandatory Pool Swim: Thursday 22/7 6am
Theory Each Wednesday Night until 8th Sept 6pm – 9pm
Each Sunday morning 25/7 – 12/9 8am – 11am, assessment 12/9
First Aid Included full day on 15/8/21
